Doctor Loans
Doctor loans allow medical professionals the ability to obtain mortgage financing up to 100% of the property's purchase price.
Medical professionals are able to purchase or refinance a home with low or no down payment options and can also avoid paying monthly mortgage insurance.
This program uses flexible debt to income ratios which in turn, make the mortgage experience easier for new doctors and residents to qualify.
Program Details
- Available only for the purchase or refinance of a Primary Home
- Up to 100% Financing allowed with a minimum credit score of 680 and maximum loan amount of $ 1,500,000
- Up to 100% Financing allowed with a minimum credit score of 720 and maximum loan amount of $ 2,000,000
- Monthly Mortgage Insurance is NOT required
Eligible Degrees
- Medical Doctor (MD)
- Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Doctor of Dental Science or Surgery (DDS)
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
- Doctor of Ophthalmology (MD or DO)
- Doctor of Psychiatry (MD or DO)
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD)
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA with DNAP or DNP)
- Medical residents, fellows, or interns with one of the above degrees (e.g. MD Resident, DO Fellow, etc.)
